Software development

Native iOS apps and web products, designed and built in-house. Fast capture, offline-first data, careful accessibility, and App Store releases handled start to finish.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant services with the unglamorous parts built in: accounts and roles, usage metering, subscriptions and billing, dashboards, and the operational tooling to run them.

API services

Developer-facing APIs, SDKs and MCP servers that AI agents and people can both use. Clear contracts, versioning, keys and rate limits, and documentation that matches the code.

Our own products come first.

We build and run products of our own, which keeps our practice honest: every pattern we recommend is one we operate ourselves. A few of the things we have shipped or are building:

    Typed cards for ideas, todos and expenses, behind Face ID, with field-level encryption for secrets.

    One-tap set logging, automatic rest timers and progress trends, with an optional AI coach.

How we work.

    Ship early, then keep shipping

    Working software in front of real users beats a perfect plan. We prototype quickly and release in small, reversible steps.

    Private by default

    We collect the least data a product needs, encrypt what matters, and write privacy policies that describe the code as it actually runs.

  3. 03

    Built to be operated

    Monitoring, billing, support and upgrades are part of the design, not an afterthought. We build what we would be willing to run ourselves.
